Microsoft Unlocked: ZuCot Gallery

Role

Motion Design

Summary

In a project predating the establishment of ZDC, Ken Koller contributed to Microsoft's Unlocked series focusing on ZuCot Gallery. Ken created dynamic motion graphics and text treatments to enhance the visual storytelling, inspired by mood boards and creative references supplied by the creative director. The delivered opening motion graphics and lower third text treatments brought ZuCot Gallery's narrative to life, showcasing its vibrant art and culture. As the largest Black-owned gallery in the Southeast, ZuCot aims to make Black and African-American art accessible and inviting. Ken's work effectively communicated ZuCot's mission and provided a visually engaging experience that resonated with viewers, highlighting the gallery's unique space and its commitment to celebrating Black and African-American artists. This project demonstrates the kind of high-profile, culturally significant work that informs ZDC's approach to luxury brand storytelling.
